Committed to Precision Sharpening

All knives are sharpened by hand using a manual precision guided sharpening system called Wicked Edge with diamond sharpening stones. Why? Because it’s just way better than grinding the knives with a belt-grinder or sharpening wheel. The edges will be sharper, last longer, and much less material is removed from your blades. It takes a little longer, but it’s worth it. I strive for every one of my customers to say “wow!” when they use their sharpened knives! Just, please, be careful :)
